Client & User Provisioning:

Most larger companies have standardized their client computers with specific operating system and software. Your company should too! By using a standard “image”, any computer in your organization can be restored in a matter of minutes. We work with you to plan and create a client image specific to the requirements of your business.

Base Image

A base image consists of the operating system, hardware drivers, service packs, system updates, and security patches. This base image is kept up to date and can be installed on existing and new hardware with minimal additional work to bring a system to operational status. Many base images also contain common software and tools to the majority of users such as anti-virus, and office productivity applications.

Automated Provisioning

Automate the provisioning of new user accounts and computers. Through roles-based management, we can help you reduce your user/computer add, change, move requests. Through a self-service portal, we can help users help themselves. With the ability for users to reset their own passwords, managers to assign groups (and more), and HR to create the accounts to begin with.

Full System Testing

Because a base image is fully tested and documented, it is much simpler to add additional software. Knowing what configuration settings are built into your base image will allow us to extend the functionality with any software that your business uses.
